Attorney Ian Routledge is the supervising attorney and lead trial attorney at the Sloane Law Firm. Attorney Routledge relentlessly fights to protect the innocent against unjust criminal accusations throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and has successfully defended thousands of clients throughout Texas. His mission is to defend others how he would want to be defended if ever accused of an offense.

In addition to his efforts with the Sloane Law Firm, Attorney Routledge is also the founder, owner, and managing attorney for the Routledge Law Firm. With Routledge Law Firm, Attorney Routledge provides pro bono and indigent defense criminal defense representation to those in need in the Western Dallas–Fort Worth Area Counties. Attorney Routledge strives to ensure everyone receives quality criminal defense representation, regardless of their individual circumstances.
Prior to joining the Sloane Law Firm, Attorney Routledge graduated from Texas A&M University School of Law with honors and a concentration in criminal law, justice, and policy. In law school, Attorney Routledge served as the director of mentorship for the Texas A&M University School of Law Criminal Law Society, board member for the Federalist Society, and was recognized as a Public Interest Law Fellow – an organization dedicated to providing crucial legal services to those in need. Attorney Routledge additionally received invaluable training as a student attorney with the Texas A&M University School of Law Criminal Defense Clinic, an intern with the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office, and an intern with several criminal defense firms in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Prior to law school, Attorney Routledge also obtained a Master of Science in Forensic Psychology with a concentration in criminal investigations and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a minor in intelligence and national security studies.
