Chaney Hartgrove serves as the Client Communications Coordinator at Sloane Law Firm, where she is the first point of contact for clients. In her role, she ensures that every individual who reaches out to the firm feels heard, informed, and supported. Chaney assists clients in navigating the early stages of their cases, manages appointment scheduling, and maintains consistent communication between clients and the legal team. In addition to client relations, she also oversees aspects of the firm’s social media presence, creating content that reflects Sloane Law Firm’s values, highlights community involvement, and educates the public about the criminal defense process.
Chaney began her college education at Louisiana State University of Alexandria, where she completed her first two years through an early college program. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a concentration in Pre-Law from Texas State University. Throughout her studies, she developed a strong foundation in legal reasoning, public policy, and ethics—skills that continue to inform her professional approach and strengthen her ability to communicate with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
Chaney plans to attend law school in the fall of 2026 to continue expanding her knowledge of the law and to build a career rooted in service, integrity, and lifelong learning. Her goal is to be an advocate for those who cannot advocate for themselves.
