Cameron Pinkerton is the Legal Assistant/Office Manager for the Law Offices of David Sloane. He has worked in the field of substance abuse treatment and drug policy reform since a young age working with the non-profit organization Changing Course Foundation for over half a decade.
Cameron is a sitting board member for DFWNORML (Dallas/Fort Worth chapter of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws) and has been involved with the organization since 2015. Motivated by NORML founder, Keith Stroup, this aspiring law student looks to one day be a licensed public interest attorney.
Young but bright, he holds a wealth of experience from his work under David Sloane in court step by step through the legal process, from his legal assist experience in corresponding with court clerks, judges, and prosecutors, and legal document drafting and filing.
Cameron’s knowledge, experience, and his passion in the field of marijuana law reform and the criminal justice system makes him a valuable asset to the Law Offices of David Sloane. Cameron’s personable, fun loving, relatable nature correlating with unparalleled professionalism creates a source of security and tranquility for clients who he believes are being mistreated for the possession of a plant.
